This 10-minute floor class for alleviating low back pain features 7 practices taken directly from our lower back yoga sessions that have been conducted at our center for over 17 years, including sessions at the European Court of Justice and various international centers.

Once you've experienced the benefits of these tailored practices for your specific back condition, you may want to explore the 3-month subscription package offering 7 classes through the app. This package includes "The Full Back Class," which consists of 28 practices designed to provide deeper and prolonged relief. The package encompasses:

  2. The Full Back Class (modified for sciatica)
  3. The Full Back Class (modified for lordosis)
  4. The Full Back Class (modified for sacroiliac instability)
  5. Crisis Management
  6. Maintenance Program
  7. Floor Class (the complimentary class with an additional practice)

Upon completion of the 90-day subscription, access to the classes will conclude. You can continue with the free 10-minute Floor Class or choose to renew the subscription at your convenience. Methodology:

Compression of the lumbar discs can lead to a range of back conditions such as disc bulging, herniation, degeneration, sciatica, and arthritis. Prolonged sitting with poor posture and inadequate muscle support often results in this compression. In "The Full Back Class," we focus on enhancing support while decompressing the discs by:

  • Strengthening the abdominals through 5 progressive core exercises
  • Gentle lengthening of the hamstrings, quads, adductors, and psoas
  • Exploration of range-of-motion in the hips
  • Gentle spinal rotation for relaxation
  • Exercises for hip and spinal extension

In addition to physical techniques, we emphasize:

  • A deep internal focus
  • Mindful movement
  • Awareness to exercise within one's comfort limits

These elements are foundational in yoga practices. We also incorporate moments of relaxation between exercises to help you release any tension patterns and optimize the benefits.
